The Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics to support our defense and intel customers mission to defend against evolving threats around the world./ppThe National Security Sector (NSS) seeks a highly qualified and trained Senior-level Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst to support a full-spectrum cyberspace operations focused on collecting, processing, and analyzing data to understand a threat actors motives, capabilities, and activities across the entire cyber domain. This work directly supports military, intelligence, and other government agencies in both defensive and offensive cyber missions./ppThis role will participate in the programs robust cross-training program and be certified and willing to support surge requirements in a mission critical JOC role, if required. This opportunity is in anticipation of a future contract award./ppWhat youll be doing:/pulliResearch and analyze emerging cyber threats, attack methodologies, and vulnerabilities to provide actionable intelligence to cyber defense teams./liliWork with cyber operators to identify, probe, and exploit system vulnerabilities on adversary networks for offensive cyberspace operations (OCO)./liliMonitor network traffic, system logs, and security alerts in real-time to detect, identify, and report on security incidents and vulnerabilities./liliParticipate in joint and interagency planning groups to integrate cyber capabilities into broader military and intelligence operations./liliSynthesize raw data from a wide variety of sources, including signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and open-source intelligence (OSINT), to develop a comprehensive understanding of the cyber battlespace./liliMaintain and provide situational awareness of the cyber domain to commanders and other senior leaders to support critical decision-making./liliCreate and present detailed reports, briefings, and other products to document threats, communicate findings, and provide analysis on cyber activities./liliSupport integration and synchronization of intelligence planning activities with operational planning timelines./liliInterpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and guidance relevant to daily activities./liliCommunicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means./li/ulpWhat does Leidos need from me?/pulliActive Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph is required./liliBA/BS degree or higher within Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or related field, or ability to complete degree within one year of hire. Can substitute formal education with extended experience and technical certifications. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree./lili12 plus years experience within Cyber intelligence analysis or a similar Cyber threat analyst role, or 15+ years total within field of intelligence analysis./liliDemonstrated understanding of All-Source intelligence principles as applied to field of Cyber./liliDemonstrated experience with applicable SIGINT and OSINT tools and techniques and able to produce single-source intelligence products tailored to drive CO./liliBroad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and demonstrate understanding of available Cyber infrastructure or platforms to conduct Defensive (DCO) and Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)./liliIn-depth familiarity of the range of CO and their underlying intelligence support needs, topics, and focus areas./liliIntimate knowledge of computer networking fundamentals as well as concepts, terminology, and operations of a wide range of communications media (computer and telephone networks, satellite, fiber, wireless)./liliAbility to support timely, accurate, relevant analytical production, to include documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings./liliDemonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines./liliStrong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex and technical data to non-technical consumers./li/ulpFavorable if you have:/pulliMasters Degree or higher within Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, Information Security or related fields./liliIntimate familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission./liliPrior experience supporting Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains./liliDemonstrated experience incorporating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into operations at any level to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operational outcomes/liliExperience with Space-enabled CO./liliFormal training within field of Cyber Warfare and Joint Operations./liliFamiliar with art of Data Science and applicability to CO./liliFamiliar with Microsoft Power BI data visualization software./liliFamiliarity with Cyber threat frameworks such as MITRE ATTCK or Cyber Kill Chain./liliDesired Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (CCNA Security, COMPTIA CySA+, COMPTIA Security + CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)./li/ulpAt Leidos, we dont want someone who fits the moldwe want someone who melts it down and builds something better.
