What we're looking for:
The Purchase Assistant will coordinate the processing of purchase loans and provide customer service to our realtors and borrowers, while assisting the Business Development Manager grow the Purchase market.
Essential Job Functions: Coordinate the processing of Purchase loans from loan submission through the funding process. Provide customer service to our realtors and borrowers Order Flood Certificates, Order Title/Tax Certificates, Order Surveys Review title. Work with buyers attorney & Title Company to clear judgments, liens, survey issues, etc. Review appraisal against title for required repairs to support appraised value description. Review and verify income data and assets to cover closing costs. Prepare and send preapprovals. Work with borrowers to obtain all required documentation for closing. Job Requirements:
Experience in Purchase Loan Processing required Knowledge of mortgage programs and documents Great Phone and Customer Service Skills with polished communication skills Attention to detail, organized, and timely follow up skills Enjoys Multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
