Mountaineer Honda is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team with great earning potential! This role is the first point of contact for our service customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience. No prior experience is necessary we will train you.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the Express Lane
Provide excellent customer service and care
Schedule service appointments
Advise customers on the care of their vehicle
Document customer vehicle needs and concerns
Obtain customer history and vehicle data
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work Saturdays
Mechanical skills and general automotive understanding
Basic computer skills
