As a Principal Account Executive you will help drive the growth and shape the future of globally recognizable brands. Your responsibilities include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts, leading a cross‑functional team, shaping partner, professional services, and training/certification strategy, and developing and executing a territory strategy to consistently deliver quarterly revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Team with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales to build relationships across the account through creative systems thinking, visioning, and execution.
Sell at the most strategic (C‑level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
Collaborate with AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests and advocate for the customer while aligning with AWS business needs.
Serve as the dotted‑line owner for partnership and technical collaboration, in addition to new service adoption and new line of business development.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
Experience working with and presenting to C‑level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS technologies.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $187,000.00 – $252,900.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and optional supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
