is seeking an experienced
Plumbing Estimator
to join their growing team. The company specialises in
Plumbing and Medical Gas Systems
across complex, high-value projects throughout South Florida and beyond.
About the Company This contractor delivers plumbing and medical gas solutions across a wide range of sectors, including: Mid & High-Rise Residential Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities Pharmaceutical Government Hospitality Commercial & Industrial Projects
They are known for quality workmanship, technical expertise, and long-term client relationships. The Role As a Plumbing Estimator, you will play a key role in the preconstruction process, producing accurate and competitive estimates from concept through bid submission.
Key Responsibilities: Perform
detailed plumbing material take-offs
from drawings and specifications Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing and medical gas systems Review plans, specifications, and addenda to identify scope and risk Solicit, review, and analyse supplier and subcontractor pricing Work closely with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership Assist with bid preparation, value engineering, and proposal submissions
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a
Plumbing Estimator Strong experience completing
plumbing material xsgimln take-offs
(essential) Experience with
medical gas systems
highly preferred Background estimating commercial, healthcare, or high-rise projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Estimating software experience is a plus
