We are seeking an exceptional
Paralegal
with deep experience in
commercial real estate law
and corporate transactional work to join our in-house legal and business operations team.

We develop, build, lease, acquire, and operate retail properties across Texas—handling everything from land acquisition to construction, leasing, financing, and long-term asset and property management. Our team works collaboratively, thinks strategically, and executes pragmatically.
Key Responsibilities of the Role Draft, review, organize, and revise legal documents including leases, contracts, corporate governance documents, and transactional materials. Coordinate directly with executives and outside attorneys to complete complex legal tasks and projects. Manage multiple active matters simultaneously with accuracy, accountability, and excellent time management. Support transaction closings, due diligence, title and survey review, and document tracking for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members and third parties, such as tenants, vendors, outside counsel and investors. Maintain organized systems for document management, filings, and legal recordkeeping.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required ; advanced degree or paralegal certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience , ideally in a large law firm or similarly competitive legal environment. Extensive real estate law experience required , particularly including drafting, negotiating and revising legal documents; corporate experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with retail real estate and triple-net lease structures is desirable. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while managing a multiplicity of ongoing projects. Effective negotiating skills with flexible acumen in dealing with both sophisticated and unsophisticated counterparties. Strong communicator with a positive, proactive, business results-driven work style. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. High professionalism, sound judgment, and strong business sense.
