Partner & Head of Interim @ Tarka Talent - Consultancy, Resource Augmentation, Strategy, and Transformation

Our Client exists to support their clients to achieve business outcomes by designing and implementing Agile operating models that enable high-impact and sustained results. They do this by partnering with organisations to drive beneficial and lasting transformation. Their approach goes beyond simply implementing Agile frameworks; it focuses on transforming how organisations operate to deliver consistent, measurable value. Agility isn’t the outcome; it’s how you get there.

We are currently recruiting Interim Consultants and Senior Consultants to support and deliver on projects/programmes. We are interested in consultants from Private and Public Sector Management Consulting backgrounds; active SC Clearance is beneficial for one of their Programmes. These roles require consultants who champion the agile methodology and are delivery-focused, driving successful change for their clients. You can live anywhere in the US, with travel up to 75% of the time to client sites.

Role Description

Our client is looking for Interim Consultants & Senior Consultants to support their clients for an initial 3-4 month period, with potential for extension or a permanent role after that.

You should have experience guiding executives and organisations in designing and implementing effective operating models, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will be passionate about bridging strategy and execution, shaping the future of business agility, and driving measurable impact at scale. As part of their consulting team, you will help clients design and implement Agile operating models, organisational effectiveness strategies, and enterprise-wide transformation approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in designing and implementing Agile operating models
  • Develop organisational effectiveness strategies and enterprise-wide transformation approaches
  • Guide executives and organisations from strategy through execution to deliver measurable impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience guiding executives and organisations in operating-model design and implementation
  • Strong delivery focus with ability to drive change
  • Background in Private or Public Sector Management Consulting
  • Active SC Clearance is beneficial for some programmes
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Ability to work remotely in the US
