Role Overview

As a Manager on the Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy team, you will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will coach and mentor team members, manage client accounts, and leverage technology to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide teams in delivering exceptional client services.

  • Mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Manage client accounts and align with their needs.
  • Drive engagement workstreams to meet project objectives.
  • Analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in software development, product management, technology consulting, or corporate development at a software or software-enabled business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred).
  • Exposure to M&A environments and transformation.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Leading small teams in dynamic settings.
  • Identifying product-related innovation opportunities.
  • Demonstrating clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Embracing technology and innovation in delivery.

Salary Range

$99,000 – $232,000 (actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location).
