Role Overview
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute paid acquisition and SEO efforts that increase demand, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable growth. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands‑on execution , owning campaigns from ideation through launch, optimization, and performance reporting.
This position will report to the Director of Demand Generation Marketing and work closely with internal teams (designers, content, sales, email marketing) to ensure campaign success and continuous improvement. You will own your channels and contribute both tactical execution and data‑informed strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Own LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads end‑to‑end: planning, keyword research, asset development, builds, testing, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage additional paid opportunities (paid listings, pay‑per‑lead programs, directories) and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, and design to activate and iterate on ABM campaigns, including paid media and account‑targeted experiences.
- Refresh creative regularly and collaborate with content and designers on visual assets and new ad concepts.
- Apply strong B2B paid marketing, budgeting, and bidding best practices.
SEO & Organic Visibility
- Own SEO strategy: on‑page optimization, keyword alignment, and coordinate with web and content teams to execute
- Manage GEO visibility and contribute to LLM‑driven search improvements.
Budget & Reporting
- Maintain full visibility into channel budgets, pacing, spend, and variances.
- Recommend adjustments based on performance trends and demand priorities.
- Produce clear insights and actionable next steps in monthly/quarterly reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3‑5+ years of hands‑on B2B experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and bidding approaches.
- Strong reporting and analytics capabilities, with the ability to build, analyze, and communicate performance insights using Salesforce, Google Analytics, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience with SEO fundamentals and tools (Search Console, SEMRush/Ahrefs/etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
- Ability to develop and refresh ad copy and collaborate effectively on creative concepts.
- Strong ownership, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into recommendations.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience leveraging AI‑powered tools to optimize paid media and SEO performance, including exposure to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and LLM‑based discovery tools (e.g., Profound or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with ABM playbooks and buying‑group journeys, including how messaging and channels evolve across funnel stages.
- Experience running paid campaigns targeting C‑level and executive audiences, with an understanding of executive messaging and buying behavior.
- Strong writing and campaign messaging skills, with the ability to craft effective ad copy independently and guide content partners toward high‑performing messaging.
