Meet is working with an established oncology biotech in the Bay Area looking to hire for their marketing team. We’re building out a small, high-impact team to support the launch of a brand-new drug - a major inflection point for the company.
You’d be front and center on KOL engagement, advisory board development, and strategic planning for a first-in‑class launch - with a clear path to broader strategy leadership as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead KOL engagement and advisory board development.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the first‑in‑class launch.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Industry experience working with oncology products, ideally with launch experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
