Job Summary The Event Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Responsibilities include attending trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the sales team. The role requires exceeding issued lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed.
Generate and capture show leads for our award‑winning products.
Set up and tear down event displays (able to lift up to 50 pounds).
Job Requirements Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Attention to detail and punctuality.
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods of time at events.
Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.
Must have a smartphone for the company timekeeping application and to submit leads.
What We Offer Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission, paid weekly every Friday.
