We’re seeking a B2B marketing‑savvy Coordinator to transform sales and marketing actions into a synergistic machine. Strong project management skills are essential to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion. This position is fully remote with frequent interaction via webinars. The hours are flexible, but you should be available for pre‑scheduled conversations during normal business hours. At least 30 hours per week are required, with full‑time (40 hours) being ideal. Responsibilities Work with partners to develop an integrated marketing & sales strategy Lead internal stakeholders in executing marketing initiatives Collaborate with sales leadership to develop multi‑touchpoint prospecting Manage the marketing content calendar Create content across social platforms, including videos, infographics, articles, and posts Assist in designing and deploying email campaigns Coordinate relationships with content partners Monitor and report key metrics to management Qualifications Several years of B2B professional services marketing experience Background in project management (highly desired) Experience leveraging CRM platforms and LinkedIn paid advertising Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with ChatGPT and Grok (plus) Benefits Company PTO and participation in our 401(k) plan.
