This position is ideal for a UX professional who can translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to developpersonas Define customer journeys, storyboards, and site maps Design user flows aligned with real-world user scenarios Create visual design systems and style guides aligned to Kuiper/Amazon standards Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes Conduct usability testing, heuristic reviews, and produce findings and recommendations Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams Required Proven experience delivering end-to-end UX design (discovery through validation) Strong portfolio demonstrating personas, journeys, prototypes, and usability outcomes Experience facilitating design workshops and synthesizing stakeholder feedback Ability to clearly document UX decisions and design rationale Preferred Experience working on enterprise portals or platform products Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
