Apartment Maintenance Technician

HVAC and EPA certification
to join a reputable property management team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and keeping residents comfortable and safe, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Perform general apartment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required) Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Prepare units for new residents (turns/make-readies) Maintain grounds and common areas as needed Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff What We're Looking For Proven experience in apartment or facility maintenance EPA certification
(required) HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time well Reliable, professional, and safety-minded Pay & Schedule Starting at $20+ per hour , based on experience Full-time schedule Long-term opportunities available How to Apply
