Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Performance Coach to support our overnight production team. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, serving as the first point of contact for employees starting their shift and a consistent presence on the production floor throughout the night. You’ll help employees check in, confirm schedules, get to their assigned areas, and resolve day‑to‑day HR questions—ensuring the night shift runs smoothly from start to finish.
Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 6 AM – 2:30 PM (35–40 hours per week). Salary: $20–$25 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 6 AM – 1:30 PM. Education: High School.
Responsibilities
Check in production employees at the start of each shift and verify attendance.
Walk employees to their assigned production areas and ensure they are set up for the day.
Confirm work schedules, shift assignments, and department placements.
Serve as a daily point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Assist with day‑to‑day HR-related items such as timecard issues, schedule questions, and policy reminders.
Support performance conversations by reinforcing expectations, attendance standards, and workplace policies.
Escalate employee issues, concerns, or performance trends to site leadership or HR as needed.
Maintain accurate attendance and interaction records.
Promote a positive, professional, and safe work environment on the production floor.
