Employee Benefits Account Executive (EBAE)
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive (EBAE) to join a team. This role combines the responsibilities of an Account Manager and a Producer, offering a unique opportunity for professionals who thrive in a dynamic and client-focused environment. The EBAE will be responsible for quoting and closing new business, as well as servicing existing accounts. All new business inquiries are inbound, with no prospecting required. The role primarily focuses on small business accounts with 20 lives or fewer, located across the country. This is an onsite position with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. No travel is required.
Compensation Package
Competitive annual salary: $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of small business accounts (20 lives and under) across the country.
Handle inbound inquiries, quote new and renewal business, and assist in closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active 215 License is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits (EB).
Strong understanding of small business accounts and the ability to manage a book of business effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client interaction.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
