Position Overview: As a

Mortgage Loan Processor I , you'll play an important behind‑the‑scenes role in helping members achieve homeownership. You'll work closely with Qa Mortgage Loan Originators to keep mortgage and home equity loans moving smoothly from application through pre‑closing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with others, and making sure details are accurate and compliant—all while contributing to a positive member experience.

In this role, you'll manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans, ensuring documents are complete, timelines are met, and regulatory requirements are followed. You'll communicate regularly with Mortgage Loan Originators, borrowers, and realtors to provide updates and answer questions along the way. You'll also والاجند with the compliance team to address quality control items, look for ways to improve processes, and help implement best practices within the team. Ongoing training will support your understanding of credit union policies, industry regulations, and evolving best practices so you can continue to grow in your role.

What You Bring:

High School or equivalent required.

0‑2 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related role within a financial institution.

Basic knowledge of mortgage regulations and credit union policies preferred.
