Long-Term Care Medicaid Field Sales Specialist

is a senior, client-facing,

in-person closing role

covering North Jersey (Passaic, Teaneck, Monsey). This position is designed for professionals who already understand long-term care, Medicaid/Medicare dynamics, and the realities families face at the point of placement. You will meet

pre-qualified, warm-lead families face-to-face

to finalize enrollment into Medicaid-related services. This is not prospecting and not phone sales — it is a consultative, high-trust, high-accountability closer role conducted in sensitive environments where confidence, clarity, and empathy matter. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person consultations with pre-qualified families to finalize enrollment in Medicaid and long-term care support services Serve as the primary closer, confidently guiding families through final decisions in emotionally charged situations Clearly explain Medicaid, Medicare, and long-term care logistics in plain language while maintaining authority and credibility Coordinate closely with internal teams and field staff to ensure a smooth handoff after enrollment Maintain professionalism and composure while managing complex family dynamics and time-sensitive decisions Represent the organization with discretion, integrity, and strict confidentiality Qualifications

Required: Strong working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and long-term care admissions Prior experience in nursing home admissions, census management, LTC administration, or Medicaid-focused sales Proven ability to close in person in sensitive, high-stakes environments Confident, polished communicator who builds trust quickly with families Comfortable working independently in a field-based role Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within North Jersey Preferred: Background in skilled nursing or long-term care operations Experience directly tied to census growth or admissions conversion Calm, authoritative presence under pressure Ability to balance empathy with decisiveness Comp এট

Base Salary: $125,000 • On-Target Earnings: $200,000+ (base + commission) • This is a warm-lead role with strong earning potential tied directly to performance
