Summary of This Role The Lead Management Analyst will provide support for our organization by creating and managing sales campaigns that generate leads for Global Payments. This position is specifically responsible for timeliness, quality and accuracy of campaign execution & its results. Furthermore, in scope is the identification of channel and process improvement to support campaign management efficiency & effectiveness. This role will report to the Manager of our Lead Management Team and will work closely with our internal business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of how the lead process works and should be proficient in Salesforce and Excel. They must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

What Part Will You Play?

Identify external data requirements for each GTM channel and manage engagement with third‑party data vendors for prospect list buys and develop sales campaigns with business stakeholders.

Consult with business stakeholders to understand net‑new data needs and gather requirements

Responsible for creating and managing sales campaigns for our business stakeholders

Effectively works with all levels of employees across the business

Responds to and resolves inquiries and requests for assistance within a timely fashion.

Keeps up‑to‑date progress for ongoing projects

What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications

High school education or equivalency is required.

One or more years of lead management or operations experience is required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in the development and execution of campaign plans

Ability to anticipate and respond to change in direction in a fast paced, team‑oriented environment

Passion for project management with the ability to own and drive project schedules from start to finish, including managing cross functional peers

Salesforce CRM or equivalent working experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in supporting the sales organizations and lead processes

Ability to build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure efficient operation and success.

Ability to follow a defined process is a must
