Your Job
Sales responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory
Development of tailored, innovative design-in solutions
Active acquisition of new customers as well as long-term management and expansion of existing customer relationships
Technical support (design-in) during product development and project support
Identification and presentation of relevant technologies and project opportunities
Independent management of contract negotiations
Effective communication with purchasing and development departments
Continuous monitoring of market and competitive trends to identify and leverage new business opportunities
Our Requirements
Strong sales mindset combined with solid technical expertise
Completed technical education or degree in electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics
At least three years of professional experience within the electronics industry
Native-level German and excellent English skills
Technical knowledge in connectivity solutions, fans, and motors
High level of initiative and motivation to systematically develop and expand a sales territory
Strong passion for innovation and emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
