Inventory Sales Manager

to join our leadership team in

Ashland, Ohio . This role works

directly with the General Manager

and plays a critical part in driving sales performance, managing inventory strategy, and leading by example on the sales floor.

The Inventory Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing vehicle/product inventory, optimizing inventory desigual, and driving sales performance through strategic pricing, merchandising, and team collaboration. This role partners closely with sales, purchasing, and leadership to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and analyze inventory levels to meet sales goals and market demand

Develop pricing strategies to maximize gross profit and inventory turn

Collaborate with sales teams to align inventory availability with customer needs

Monitor aging inventory and implement strategies to reduce overstock

Oversee merchandising standards, including online listings, photos, and descriptions

Track sales performance metrics and inventory KPIs

Coordinate inventory acquisition, reconditioning, and disposition processes

Train and support sales staff on inventory features, positioning, and value propositions

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications – Required

2+ years of afdeling in inventory management, sales management, or related role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage pricing, margins, and inventory turn

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proficiency with inventory management systems and CRM tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive, retail, or wholesale inventory experience

Experience using data-driven pricing or market analysis tools

Prior people-management or team-lead experience
