UX/UI Developer 4 Talent Software Services is seeking a UX/UI Developer for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The role is a five?month engagement with a strong opportunity for extension. Responsibilities
Partner with designers and researchers to prototype AI?driven and agentic UX flows; build and iterate interactive prototypes; develop reusable internal UX tools such as Figma plugins or lightweight UX agents; contribute patterns and examples to a shared Agentic UX Platform; document implementations and support knowledge transfer. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, HCI, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering or UI/UX development. Bonus: Experience with Azure OpenAI, Figma plugin development, Copilot Studio, or AI?powered rapid prototyping tools. High autonomy and creative problem solving. Opportunity to shape internal UX tooling used across MSD. Prototypes and tools with real organizational impact, not throwaway demos. Time?boxed engagement with clear outcomes (no long?term maintenance burden). Demonstrated experience building tools or prototypes using GPT/AI models. JavaScript/front?end development (incl. Figma plugins or similar) 5+ years. AI?assisted development / Azure OpenAI or LLM APIs 2+ years. Portfolios with a minimum of 2 projects (ideally 3) required upon submission. Compensation
