Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service\nAssist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services\nBuild productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers\nProcess sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures\nFollow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis\nMaintain precise work order files and formulas\nPull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse\nTint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications\nStock shelves and set up displays\nClean store equipment\nLoad/unload delivery trucks\nAssist in making deliveries, as needed\nMaintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas\nRemain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options\nComply with inventory control procedures\nSuggest ways to improve sales

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
