Salary Range : $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

LEASE MANAGER - LEASE UP
for our Single Family Rental Community,
Storybook Ranch in McKinney, TX!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
1-2 years of apartment leasing and customer service experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume office
Hire, train, and develop the Leasing Consultants
Facilitate resident relations and resident retention programs
Partner with the Assistant Community Manager
Must be energetic, reliable, and have strong sales orientation
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
