Your Responsibilities
* Identify potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform combined with your own network
* Initiate contact with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
* Follow up on leads to keep their interest alive and facilitate the hiring journey
* Ensure records are maintained accurately and updated in our Applicant Tracking System
* Enjoy commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Structure
