Overview The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Marketing team by creating designs and layouts for marketing/PR collateral across print and digital channels, helping coordinate production/printing, and contributing strong customer service and creative skills under the direction of the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities Design and layout marketing/PR collateral for print and digital channels. Coordinate production/printing processes. Contribute strong customer service and creative skills under direction of the Marketing Director. Qualifications Education required: High School or GED Education preferred: A technical or Associate degree from an accredited college or university or a Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field from an accredited college or university Experience: 0-2 years of related design experience with a strong portfolio Additional Skills/abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, set priorities, and take occasional photos; proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva proficiency for fast-turn social/ad variations and templates; ability to handle multiple projects; proficiency with project management software (Asana preferred); ability to be a team player; portfolio link or samples showing print layout, signage/large-format work, and ad/social execution Company information Huntsville Hospital is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to creating a diverse environment.
