Helping Health/Pharma Agencies Build High-Performing Client Services Teams Across Temp & Perm

  • Lead and own the brand strategy function across key client accounts, including insight generation, positioning, messaging, and execution planning.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative research into compelling strategic frameworks that inform creative and tactical solutions.
  • Develop and articulate clear brand strategies that connect business goals with audience needs and cultural dynamics.
  • Ensure strategic thinking drives creative briefs, campaigns, and integrated communication plans.
  • Act as a primary strategic partner to senior clients, building trust and delivering forward?looking counsel.
  • Lead client workshops, strategic presentations, and executive?level discussions.
  • Mentor and develop strategy teams, setting best practices and elevating strategic capability.

Cross?Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with creative, account, medical, media, and planning teams to ensure integration of strategy across all deliverables.
  • Work with leadership on new business opportunities, helping shape pitches, strategic narratives, and growth plans.

Thought Leadership
  • Maintain deep market, competitive, and cultural knowledge to proactively advise clients and internal teams on emerging trends.
  • Represent the strategic voice of the agency in industry forums, pitches, and client engagements.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Extensive experience (8-10+ years) in brand strategy, planning, or strategic consulting, with background in advertising, healthcare communications, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire strategic thinking across teams and accounts.
  • Strong client presence with experience engaging senior?level executives and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in research synthesis, insight development, and narrative construction.
  • Experience guiding strategy through to creative, digital, HCP/patient engagement, or market access work
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive writing skills.

New York, United States Salary range: $240,000.00$310,000.00
