The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare advertising, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovative, high-quality design. As a senior leader, you will oversee the art direction of integrated campaigns, providing strategic vision and ensuring that all creative output aligns with client goals and brand identity./ppSpecific Responsibilities:/pulliCreative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver exceptional, high-impact, and strategically driven art concepts for healthcare clients./liliStrategic Direction: Collaborate closely with copy, strategy, account, and other departments to develop creative solutions that meet client objectives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market needs./liliClient Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the creative process and ensuring their needs and expectations are met while maintaining creative integrity./liliTeam Development: Lead, mentor, and develop creative talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Ensure the teams professional growth and provide regular feedback./liliCollaboration Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and impactful visual solutions. Collaborate with project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget./liliInnovation Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative design and technology into creative work. Apply new techniques, tools, and concepts to improve the agencys creative offerings./liliQuality Control: Maintain the highest standards of creative excellence, ensuring that all artwork is on-brand, meets client specifications, and is consistent across all touchpoints./liliNew Business Development: Play a pivotal role in pitching new business and growing client relationships through strong, compelling creative work./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience: 10+ years of experience in healthcare advertising, with at least 5 years in a senior creative leadership role./liliPortfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a wide range of high-level creative work, with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising./liliCreative Expertise: Deep knowledge of design principles, digital media, advertising trends, and technology platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools./liliLeadership: Proven experience managing, inspiring, and mentoring creative teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment./liliCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain creative concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders./liliProblem Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering creative solutions that meet client goals./liliIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, marketing practices, and trends./liliEducation: A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field. An advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus./li/ulpSalary Range: $250,000 - $275,000/ppThe salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need.
