We're seeking a Creative Director to be the leading visionary behind full advertising campaigns for live global theatrical brandsincluding Broadway, Off-Broadway, and beyond. This role is tailor-made for a creative doer with the instinct to turn the magic of theater into bold, effective campaigns that move audiences and sell tickets.

Whether your background is in copy, design, or videoand whether you're a seasoned Creative Director or an Associate Creative Director ready for the next challengeyou're a master storyteller. You know how to uncover what makes a show irresistible and lead compelling, integrated campaigns across OOH, digital, print, video, broadcast, and experiential. You understand the unique rhythm of live entertainmentfrom early key art to opening night and every moment in between.

You'll balance hands-on making with team leadership, guiding copywriters, designers, and editors to deliver work that's as inventive as it is impactfulall while pushing the creative beyond the expected.

Our office is located in midtown Manhattan, with a hybrid schedule.

Sample Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy and execution for a portfolio of Broadway and Off-Broadway productions.
  • Develop and present insight-driven concepts that inspire audiences and drive ticket sales.
  • Translate the unique identity of each show into storytelling that shines across every platform.
  • Push creative boundaries, ensuring campaigns feel ambitious, fresh, and culturally relevant.
  • Partner with producers, general managers, and client stakeholders as the primary creative voice on accounts.
  • Stay hands-on in your craftwhether designing, writing, or editingwhile guiding the team toward excellence.
  • Mentor Art Directors and Copywriters, fostering growth, collaboration, and creative confidence.
  • Oversee client presentations, including developing decks and articulating creative vision with clarity and conviction.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Project Management to align creative output with budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Be available for major campaign momentsopenings, previews, and high-profile eventswhich may include nights, weekends, or holidays.
