From developing repeatable formats for varying scenarios to concepting lo-fi and hi-fi materials, youll create shareable social media content for both organic and paid./ppHere youll get to:/pulliCreate and manage engaging, platform-specific social media content, blending storytelling with analytics to boost engagement/liliPitch ideas based on strategy and creative brief criteria/liliConcept, refine, and manage always-on social creative for owned and operated channels as well as partner artists channels/liliConcept and develop reactive social creative around trending tracks, trending sounds and formats, breaking news, and pop culture/liliShoot and edit content/liliSet the tone between concept and copywriting within brand guidelines/liliUse performance metrics to refine content and iterate on ideas/liliLeverage predictive tools and insights around relevant content categories in the always-evolving social landscape/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams/li/ulh3About You/h3pYou are a social producer and editor with a proven track record (and portfolio - required) of organizing editorial that delivers against a defined strategy. Youre a storyteller at heart and an excellent communicator. You can anticipate what type of conversation and talk-factor social creative will elicit amongst different communities. Youre incredibly organized and can handle high volume intake and output without losing clever, savvy, and fun within the process. We value in-office collaboration and believe its essential for talent development and fostering strong working relationships./ppSalary Range Annual Rate: $95,000 - $105,000 Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
