Overview Creative Strategist (Brand & Content). Full-time, remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required. This role is about transforming a Personal Brand ecosystem into a global, iconic Company Brand and building a brand that endures beyond its founder. We are not looking for someone who merely follows a calendar; we want a Creative Strategist who can propose bold, unconventional concepts and bring them to life immediately. You will bridge David Laroche’s personal influence with Paradox’s institutional power. A Brand Architect who can orchestrate a dual-strategy: scale a personal brand while building a standalone Company Brand that outlasts its founder. A Creative Disruptor who hates \'best practices\' and seeks the purple cow in format, angle, or story. A \'Doer\' with Taste who scripts, drives, and ships ideas. Our mission is to empower people at scale by leveraging AI and crafting exceptional user experiences. We operate at the intersection of design, technology, and coaching to create Paradox OS. Responsibilities Architect the dual-brand strategy to reinforce David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand without cannibalization. Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) and lead end-to-end delivery. Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, and Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn. Take ownership of the production chain: write hooks, storyboard narratives, direct the final cut, and ensure alignment with the vision. Source, hire, and onboard freelancers (motion designers, drone operators, subject-matter experts) as needed to realize concepts. Treat David as the on-set actor: manage scripts, set, and direction so he can perform with minimal cognitive load. Lead the Content Factory: set tempo, culture, and daily standards; provide high-level artistic direction and final quality checks. Collaborate with Growth to produce assets for ads and analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale effective ideas. Requirements / Experience Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views). Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and delivering high-quality videos. Elite Scripting Skills: ability to present scripts that perform and engage for long-form content. Performance Fluency: a track record of driving business results through content (ads, launches, conversions). Languages: French native/bilingual; English fluent; written English preferred for communication.
