This role is ideal for someone who can generate their own business , manage the full sales cycle, and create your own residential landscape designs . Key Responsibilities Generate new business through self-sourced leads, referrals, and local networking Meet residential clients and manage projects from first consultation to close Produce custom landscape and outdoor living designs Present proposals and close sales Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Required Experience Background in landscape sales, landscape construction, or construction sales Strong design capability (able to produce your own designs) Proven ability to self-generate leads and drive revenue Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong communication and presentation skills Experience with landscape design software preferred $60,000–$90,000 draw (base), depending on experience Uncapped commission structure 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (depending on role structure) Why This Role?
