Revd FitnessJob Title: Marketing CoordinatorPart time position (20-hours per week, max 80 hours per month)Hybrid Position (a combination of remote work, in person meetings and in person events weekly) Marketing Support: Opportunity to receive exposure to all aspects of Revd Corporate and Regional Marketing, including but not limited to: Campaign StrategyBrand-wide Campaign Management + ExecutionE-mail marketingPaid media (Google Ads + Meta Ads)Strategic PartnershipsExperiential Marketing & In-Person EventsPublic Relations and Earned Media Core Responsibilities include: Managing and executing E-mail Marketing Campaigns for Revd studios nationwideCreate graphics for e-mail marketing campaigns as neededSupport campaign and event execution by running errands including printing and distributing materials and coordinating deliveries/pickups as neededAssist in the rollout of brand marketing campaigns by submitting Creative Requests, distributing assets, and tracking campaign successUpdate and maintain Revd Marketing Roadmap, Marketing Calendar and supplemental Marketing and social team tracking documents Aid Marketing Director in the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations by drafting proposals and sending outreach and follow-up e-mailsResearch prospective business leads for Sponsorships and Corporate Partnerships as well as Publicity contacts and opportunitiesStudio Operational Support (This will include, but is not limited to): Plan and execute in-studio events (may require weekend attendance) Plan and execute off-site events (may require weekend attendance)Tabling and event support (may require weekend attendance) Requirements / Helpful Skills:Team-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail oriented, creative mindsetSelf-starter, eager to learn and take initiativeAbility to work independentlyForward thinker, seeking solutions to problems and opportunitiesExperience with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, CanvaBasic knowledge of social media platforms and trendsExcellent verbal and communication skills (to internal + external team)Ability to prioritize projects/tasks based on needHighly resourcefulReliable access to a car (able to get to studios outside of the city when necessary) Compensation: $20/hour up to 80 hours per monthUnlimited Revd sessions2 free guest passes per calendar month in the sessions of your choosing20% off all in-studio apparel Direct Deposit required.
