We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst with a strong focus on paid media performance analysis on behalf of one of our clients. This role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic). The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with marketing knowledge to deliver actionable insights that improve ROI and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze Paid Media Performance: Track and evaluate campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Budget & Forecasting: Monitor spend pacing, assist in budget allocation, and forecast performance outcomes based on historical data.
Optimization Recommendations: Identify opportunities for improving targeting, bidding strategies, creative performance, and audience segmentation.
Attribution & Measurement: Support multi-touch attribution modeling and ensure accurate tracking through analytics tools and pixels.
Collaboration: Work closely with paid media managers, marketing strategists, and data teams to align insights with campaign objectives.
Competitive Analysis: Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors to inform strategy.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in marketing analytics or paid media analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Familiarity with SQL or data querying is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to convey data-driven recommendations.
