As a Media Advisor, you’ll work directly with local business owners, helping them reach new customers using a blend of powerful local radio and smart digital tools. You’ll be backed by strong leadership, creative support, and a strategy that actually makes sense in today’s world. We’re the largest group of FM & AM radio brands serving Western Massachusetts, including: Radio Brands Rock 102 — Springfield’s Classic Rock Lazer 99.3 & 98.5 — Everything That Rocks 93.9 The River — Different is Good WHMP 101.5 & 1400 AM — News, Information & the Arts Rewind 94.3 — You Lived It, We Play It Pure Oldies 96.9 Responsibilities • Work directly with local business owners to plan and implement advertising campaigns using a mix of local radio and digital tools. • Learn quickly, think clearly, and communicate effectively to help clients solve real problems. • Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to deliver campaigns that make sense in today’s market. • Be proactive in building relationships and driving growth for the company and community. Qualifications • Outside sales experience helps, but media experience is not required. If you can learn, think, and communicate clearly, we’ll teach you the rest. Salary & Benefits Salary range of $40k-$75k plus commissions for the 1st year.
