This leader will own paid search, display, programmatic, organic search, SEO, and emerging digital channelsbuilding a performance engine that scales efficiently across geographies and products./ppThis role requires deep channel expertise, analytical precision and creative agility to translate business goals into scalable performance programs, guide multimillion-dollar investments with confidence and focus on results, and inspire a team that thrives on experimentation, efficiency, and impact./ppPerformance Marketing Leadership/pulliLead all paid media channels (Search, Display, Video, Social) and SEO across multiple offerings and relevant markets./liliDefine and manage a multi-million $ annual media budget with focus on MRR, Spend/MRR, and MER efficiency./liliDevelop full-funnel acquisition strategiesfrom awareness to conversion to expansionoptimizing for growth and LTV./liliDrive experimentation frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and audience segmentation powered by AI and automation./li/ulpSEO and Organic Growth/pulliOversee global SEO strategy including technical foundations, on-page, and content-led initiatives to maximize organic visibility and non-paid growth./liliBuild scalable programmatic SEO initiatives tied to product and category expansion./liliGrow high-intent traffic and optimize conversion paths through data-backed insights, new tools and content innovation./liliPartner with Web and Cart teams to ensure web experience, site architecture, and landing pages are optimized for both performance and experience./li/ulpAnalytics, Attribution Optimization/pulliBe the owner for the single source of truth for paid and organic performance dashboards, layered on systems like GA4, Adobe, SFDC etc./liliPartner with other Marketing teams and Finance to refine attribution models and inform spend reallocation decisions./liliDrive automation through AI bidding, predictive LTV models, and real-time performance reporting./li/ulpTeam Cross-Functional Leadership/pulliLead and mentor a global team of paid media and SEO professionals (in-house + agency)./liliPartner with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to ensure unified messaging and optimized journeys./liliCollaborate with Finance and Strategy to ensure performance plans align with quarterly targets and Rule of 40 principles./li/ulpWho you are and what youll need to succeed/pulliExtensive Experience: Typically, 1015 years in digital marketing, with a significant portion in leadership roles overseeing SEO and paid media strategies./liliTechnical Stack and Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in harnessing new-age AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs) to derive insights and inform strategy./liliLeadership Qualities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward achieving common goals./liliStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives and adapt to changing market conditions, and evolving technologies with AI capabilities./liliCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliExperience in the web hosting or SaaS industry./liliFamiliarity with Bluehosts product offerings and customer base./liliProven track record of scaling digital marketing initiatives in a high-growth environment./li/ulpWhy youll love us/pulliWork-life balance.
