Compensation Base salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per year. The position is Contract to Hire. The compensation package includes base salary, profit‑sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Future increases will be based on company and personal performance. Requirements 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment. Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session. Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite. Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO. Excellent communicator who can present design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences.
