*Job Overview*
Entrepreneurial Company with passionate owner and a long track record of success in many ventures is looking to hire an intern to assist our marketing manager. This job is marketing, getting our name out there, and getting new customers.
The ideal candidate must have a marketing degree and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience doing marketing with a heavy focus on social media awareness and promotions. Candidate must also be organized, professional and be communicative. Bilingual is a plus.
Some experience in most of the items listed is important.
Responsibilities
*a. Connecting the business goal and strategy with the web, realistically*
i. Overall strategies of marketing (not just the tactical ability to do most of the items below)
*b. Facebook, including paid campaigns and reels*
i. What is your experience with Facebook Business Suite or Meta Business Manager?
ii. Have you run dedicated paid ad campaigns before? Boosted posts vs Ads Manager
iii. Do you know how to use different campaign objectives? Target by audience, retarget, lead generation, create custom/lookalike audiences?
iv. What is your experience with Facebook reels? Do you produce the content or just post it once it’s provided to you?
v. How are you using Facebook groups and community chats?

i. What is your experience with reels, highlights, stories, and overall content?
ii. Do you manage content calendars or how do you curate your content? What is your posting strategy?
iii. How do you measure/track campaign performance and success?
