Energy and passion power our business and we look for candidates who share in that excitement to help us continue to build something special./ph3The Role/h3pNuts.com is seeking a Brand and Creative Director to lead the creative and strategic vision that drives growth, loyalty, and storytelling across all touchpoints. This leader will oversee Nuts.coms customer-centric brand strategy, creative direction, and the performance-driven creative assets that fuel our advertising engine. This role sits at the intersection of brand building and performance marketing, balancing creative excellence with measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Sales Officer, youll shape how Nuts.com shows up in the world, from upper-funnel brand campaigns to the iterative, data-driven ad creative that powers our digital channels. Youll guide a multidisciplinary team of creatives, strategists, and producers in creating work thats bold, smart, and high-performing, spanning DTC, B2B, Retail, and Amazon./ph3What Youll Do/h3pBrand Strategy Leadership/pulliDevelop and execute a unified brand strategy that aligns with company goals, customer insights, and market trends./liliLead brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints./liliPartner cross-functionally to embed brand thinking across the business: marketing, product innovation / merchandising, e-commerce, retail, B2B, and customer experience./liliTranslate brand values into compelling campaigns and narratives that deepen customer connection and drive business growth around a clear and distinct value proposition./li/ulpCreative Direction Execution/pulliOversee all creative development, from campaign concepts to day-to-day content, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring brand identity./liliCollaborate with the Creative Manager (Art Copy) and design team to produce assets for digital, social, video, and packaging./liliProvide art direction and storytelling guidance that elevates creative quality while maintaining alignment with brand voice and tone./liliPartner with internal stakeholders and external agencies (when needed) to deliver on-time, on-brief creative work that meets performance and brand goals./li/ulpPerformance Creative/pulliBuild and lead a nimble creative studio function that operates on speed, experimentation, and data-driven iteration./liliEstablish creative testing frameworks that incorporate rapid concepting, A/B testing, and insights application./liliOversee end-to-end creative production for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Display), ensuring output volume and quality./liliOversee TV creative/liliOversee email retention assets/liliPartner with the Creative Performance Strategist and Growth Marketing teams to review creative results, identify winning themes, and scale what performs./liliManage external freelance talent and production partners to expand creative capacity as needed./li/ulpCross-Functional Collaboration/pulliCollaborate closely with Growth, Product, CX, Operations, and E-commerce teams to ensure brand and creative strategies support broader business priorities./liliPartner with the Chief Strategy Sales Officer to translate strategic goals into creative initiatives that drive measurable impact./liliEnsure creative alignment across DTC, Retail, B2B, and Amazon channels for a consistent customer experience./li/ulpMarket Insights Innovation/pulliDrive and leverage consumer insights, testing data, and competitive analysis to inform creative and brand strategies./liliIdentify cultural and category trends to ensure the brand remains fresh, relevant, and differentiated./liliDrive new product storytelling and go-to-market creative strategies in partnership with product and merchandising teams./li/ulpPerformance Tracking Optimization/pulliDefine KPIs and dashboards for creative and brand performance./liliUse data-driven insights to continually refine messaging, creative direction, and channel mix./liliFoster a test-and-learn culture that rewards curiosity, agility, and smart risk-taking./li/ulpTeam Leadership Development/pulliLead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional creative team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth./liliProvide clear direction, feedback, and development opportunities to elevate creative craft and strategic thinking./liliChampion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring/pulli10+ years of experience in brand and creative leadership, ideally within DTC, CPG, or digitally native consumer brands./liliAnalytical and data oriented./liliDeep understanding of both brand storytelling and performance creative optimization./liliProven track record of developing and scaling creative that drives measurable results across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms./liliExperience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally./liliExceptional communication, presentation, planning and leadership skills./liliStrong understanding of creative production, design systems, and digital marketing principles./liliA balance of creative intuition and analytical rigor - able to connect art with performance data./li/ulpWhat We Offer/pulliA high-growth and rewarding role in a foundationally strong and rapidly evolving business/liliAnnual Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000 plus annual bonus/liliExcellent benefits including a 401K Match/liliPaid Maternity, Adoption and Paternity leave/liliAnd all the Nuts.com snacks your heart desires + a 40% employee discount/li/ulpWe have a hybrid work environment in our beautiful and state of the art office in Jersey City./ppNuts.com is an equal opportunity employer.
