Accounting Specialist Visible local non-profit organization is seeking support of an Accounting Specialist to assist with department reconciliations. Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000 ABOUT THE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:
* The Accounting Specialist will focus on reconciling and posting changes:
* Reconcile credit card and bank statements
* Reconcile payroll entries and other journal entries for accuracy
* Identify issues and correct account posting, as needed
* The Accounting Specialist will assist with posting journal entries and other accounting projects
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:
* Accounting Specialist must have extensive experience with reconciliations
* General accounting experience sufficient to complete the tasks listed above
* Intermediate Excel skills - ability to perform Pivot Tables is a plus, not a must
* Preferred candidate will have a keen eye for detail and disposition to work diligently
