Inside Sales Representative
Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, build customer relationships, and support sales growth. You'll manage leads, provide product information, and help drive revenue through consistent follow-up and communication.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls
* Identify customer needs and recommend products/services
* Meet sales goals and track activity in the CRM
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and order updates
* Maintain strong customer relationships and handle questions professionally
Qualifications:
* Experience in sales or customer service preferred
* Strong communication and phone skills
* Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
* Organized, goal-driven, and able to multitask
* CRM experience is a plus
* High school diploma required
