CRM Analyst
Position Summary:
The CRM Excellent Analyst is responsible for managing the adoption and success of the enterprise CRM application (currently Salesforce). With excellent technical and communication skills, the CRM Analyst will report to the Director of Strategic Growth Applications, and will serve as the CRM product expert and liaison between users and the business application support and development teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong database, CRM, reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into CRM\/Salesforce-specific terms for technical teams. The successful candidate will have an aptitude for user training and support as well as creating necessary documents or videos to support new initiatives.
Responsibilities – Business Facing
Promote and measure adoption across business development and marketing teams
Working with the Director of Strategic Growth Applications, maintain, expand, and execute a sustainable training program for business development and marketing processes and supporting application functionality.
Provide ‘how-to’ support to Salesforce users and become the SME for Salesforce process and procedures.
Build, improve and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce\/CRM team, identifying challenges and potential solutions, and translating requirements clearly
Partner with local Data Stewards to monitor and assist with data quality efforts and reporting
Document requirements, workflows, and data processes related to Salesforce objects and processes
Manage change requests, service requests, and enhancements inclusive of developing communications concerning changes within existing and new Salesforce functionality to the appropriate user community
Drive method-based Quality Assurance testing in sandbox and production environments
Partner with the Marketing Systems Analyst to ensure consistent processes and quality data across applications
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate data integration, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce and Power BI
Partner with IT dev ᄐ8볱 development of new functionality and integrations

Participate in testing and adoption of Salesforce AI tools
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements
Job Skills and Abilities
5 years of experience in CRM analytics or similar role.
Strong skills with relational databases and data models
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership
Self-starter
Organized and efficient
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education, Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
Salesforce or similar certifications are a plus
Occasional travel may be required.
Salary $90,000 - $130,000
Compensation In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
