The
Floating Relationship Associate
provides exceptional customer service across multiple branch locations as business needs arise, while maintaining a designated home branch. This role supports branch operations, builds strong customer relationships, and assists with account services while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Duties
Deliver high-quality customer service for in-branch and transactional needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement
Educate customers on banking products, services, and access channels
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions
Assist with opening and maintaining personal and business accounts
Support branch leadership in achieving relationship and operational goals
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and bank regulations
Accurately maintain operational logs and records
Qualifications
2 years or less of banking or customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of banking policies, procedures, and compliance
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
