What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders for Medtronic spinal and biologics products
Maintain consignment and loaner inventory, ensuring proper management between accounts
Provide field service and case coverage tailored to customer needs
Prepare and submit fieldjär visits reports as required by the District Sales Manager
Aggressively pursue new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant experience, OR
Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 50% of the timeดิต
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in orthopedics, spine, or operating room settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
