Cobblestone 13 is a direct marketing and sales firm that partners with nationally recognized clients, to deliver customer acquisition and brand awareness through face-to-face marketing strategies. We are currently hiring aSales and Marketing Traineefor our Savannah, GA office.
This is an entry-level, in-person role focused on direct customer engagement inside approved retail locations. The position provides hands‑on training in sales, marketing, and customer communication within an outsourced marketing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Represent our clients in partner retail locations
Engage with customers to explain current promotions and offerings
Provide accurate product information and assist with customer inquiries
Build positive customer relationships to support brand growth
Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with customers face‑to‑face
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Must be able to work full‑time, in‑office
Must be located in or able to commute to Savannah, GA
Base pay plus performance‑based bonuses and commission
Paid training and one‑on‑one mentorship
Skill development in sales, marketing, and leadership
