Job Description and Position Requirements Penn State Golf Courses are seeking student and non‑student applicants for multiple Golf Course Maintenance roles. Students enrolled at Penn State full‑time during the Spring and Fall 2024 semesters may work up to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 20 hours per week during the semester.

Responsibilities:

Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and rough

Maintenance of bunkers

Course setup

Benefits include free golf, a golf cart, Top 50 public course driving range privileges, discounted meals, discounted merchandise, and competitive wages. The starting rate for this position is $15 per hour.

Qualifications Driving required: applicants must operate a motor vehicle as part of their job duties, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a motor vehicle records check.

Background checks: successful completion of standard University background checks and a motor vehicle records check will be required.
