Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Hollywood, FL. The Insurance Account Representative will carry out responsibilities including managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. This role also involves meeting sales targets, supporting customer acquisition, and providing training and information on insurance policies. The representative will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Ability to facilitate training sessions and provide information about insurance policies to clients and team members.
Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and sales targets.
Previous experience in the insurance or medical-related industries is advantageous.
Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory.
