The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the mortgage loan process, evaluating loan applications, working closely with underwriting teams, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong understanding of mortgage products and services. Qualifications
Experience as a Loan Officer and knowledge of the Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Industry Proficiency in Underwriting processes and knowledge of lending regulations Strong Customer Service and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Proven sales experience is a plus Certification or licensure as a Mortgage Loan Officer is highly desirable Seniority Level
