What You’ll Do
Be on the telephone daily,
making outbound calls and handling inbound follow-up
Consistently communicate with real estate leads and clients
to keep them engaged and supported
Schedule appointments
for our Realtors and help move clients through the process smoothly
Work inside a top-notch
CRM
to keep records accurate, updated, and organized
Set up and maintain property searches correctly , ensuring clients are matched with the right homes and criteria
Provide
weekly outreach
to keep communication active and ensure clients feel guided and cared for
What We’re Looking For
Strong speaking skills
and a confident, friendly phone presence
Comfort with
constant calling and follow-up
(this is not an email-only role)
Ability to stay consistent, follow a process, and keep details organized
CRM experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person who’s eager and coachable)

Responsibilities
Make
daily outbound calls
and manage
inbound follow-up
to keep prospects and clients engaged
Maintain consistent communication with real estate leads and clients, ensuring they feel supported and prioritized
Book and confirm appointments
for our Realtors and help clients take the next step in the process
Accurately update and manage records in our
CRM , keeping notes, timelines, and client details organized
Create, update, and checks
property search setups , ensuring each client’s criteria is correct and current
Conduct
weekly check-ins and outreach
to maintain momentum, answer questions, and strengthen relationships
Track conversations, next steps, and outcomes so no opportunity is missed, and follow-up stays on schedule
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day (high-volume calling and follow-up)
Highly organized
with strong attention to detail—able to track conversations, tasks, and next steps without letting anything slip
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Consistent and dependable follow-through; you do what you say you’ll do, on time
Ability to build quick rapport, ask good questions, and guide conversations toward clear outcomes
Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence when working with clients at different stages of the process
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and workflows
Experience working in a CRM is preferred (real estate CRM experience is a plus)
Accurate data entry skills and commitment to並 keeping records clean and current
Able to work independently while-en staying aligned with team processes and standards
Coachable mindset—open to_business feedback, training, and ongoing improvement
Professional writing skills for short client messages and appointment confirmations
Customer-service driven with a “clients-first” attitude and positive energy
Ability to handle objections calmly and keep conversations productive
Real estate experience is helpful but not required (we’ll train the right person)
Compensation $32,500+ yearly
