Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for employees, supervisors, and managers on employee relations, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and HR‑related questions; proactively address issues to support a positive, compliant, and respectful work environment.

Coach and advise leaders at all levels on performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and leadership effectiveness, providing practical guidance for real‑time decision‑making.

Lead the assessment, investigation, and resolution of complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, documentation, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Build strong, credible partnerships with business leaders and HR peers to align people strategies with operational and business objectives.

Lead and execute HR initiatives and projects at the site and corporate levels, including process improvement and continuous improvement efforts.

Administer and ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with company culture, values, and strategic goals.

Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting strategy, campaigns, ATS management, interviewing, onboarding, and vendor management.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, 30‑60‑90 day check‑ins, and ongoing employee engagement initiatives.

Provide talent management insights and workforce metrics to business leaders to support informed decision‑making.

Manage employee leaves, injury management, unemployment claims, and represent the company in related hearings as needed.

Support benefits administration, annual enrollment, performance management, and compensation planning processes.

Ensure accurate maintenance of HRIS data, employee files, and employment documentation, including I‑9 compliance.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience; manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Proven ability to advise and influence leaders and employees across all levels, with demonstrated experience handling a broad range of employee relations matters.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities and a results‑oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
